Melbourne & Olympic Parks Intellectual Property Requirements
The environment of Melbourne & Olympic Parks lends itself well to a range of commercials both moving and still. Melbourne & Olympic Parks hires out space both exclusively and non exclusively depending on the specific requirements of the client.
Fees apply for any imagery obtained within and of the precinct and its venues.
In all instances Melbourne & Olympic Parks places utmost priority on safety for its staff, contractors and hirers. It should be noted that the precinct is accessible to the general public. Melbourne & Olympic Parks staff will determine risk and if appropriate will ensure that there is security staff on site (at hirer's cost) to facilitate a safe and successful shoot.
Venues are only available subject to the event schedule. In no circumstance will filming be permitted when an event is running.
