Monday to Friday 8.00am – 8.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 8.00am – 5.00pm 


The Athletics track is not available for training on the dates identified in the attachments below;

IAAF Standards
Max 9mm – 11mm per shoe, diameter no more than 4mm
High jump / Javelin – 12mm (Field events)
Starting blocks – 12mm – 15mm (Conical)

There is no training for school groups.
